Shipping policy

Our current processing time for orders is 2-5 business days and for custom orders it is 7-14 business days. This does not include holidays or weekends. The day you order is not considered a processing day. All orders once a label is created gets shipped out within 48 business hours

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information. We do understand delays do happen so we ask to allow a full 10-14 business days once your package has shipped before contacting us in regards to any package concerns.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct or send us an email at keyonnacreations@outlook.com with the correct address prior to order being in ship status.

Keyonna's Creations will not be held responsible for missing mail after it has shipped. If your package states "Delivered", we will not be responsible for issuing a refund or sending out a replacement. By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms.
